QA & Software Testing

Manual and automated testing that catches bugs before your customers do, on every device and every release.

QA & Software Testing

What is software QA testing?

Software QA testing is the structured checking of an application to confirm it works as intended before users rely on it. It includes manual testing of features and journeys, automated tests that run on every change, performance tests under load, and checks across devices and browsers, all recorded so issues are tracked until they are fixed.

Bugs found by customers cost far more than bugs found by testers. A broken checkout, a form that fails on one Android model or a slow page during a sale damages trust in a way that is hard to win back. Many teams test only the happy path, the one they expect users to follow.

Our QA team tests the way real users behave: on budget phones, slow networks, unusual inputs and interrupted sessions. We can test software built by us or by another team, and we set up automated checks so regressions are caught each time new code is merged.

Our testing services

We write test plans and cases from your requirements, then run functional, regression and user acceptance testing for web, mobile and APIs. For products that change often, we build automated test suites with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium and Postman, and connect them to your release pipeline. We run load and performance tests before big launches, check security basics, and test on a range of real Android and iOS devices and browsers.

What changes for your business

Calmer releases

Each release goes out after structured checks, not hope and a quick look.

Regressions caught fast

Automated suites flag when a new change breaks something that used to work.

Ready for busy days

Load testing shows how the system behaves before a sale or campaign brings traffic.

Industries we deliver this for

Ways to work with us

Fixed-scope project

Clear deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria agreed before work starts. Best for defined builds.

Phased programme

Larger change delivered in stages, each with its own scope and review, so priorities can adjust.

Dedicated team

Developers, designers or testers from our in-house team working on your roadmap, month by month.

Annual maintenance (AMC)

Yearly care for websites and apps: updates, security, backups, fixes and small changes.

Questions about QA & Testing

Yes. Independent testing is often valuable precisely because the testers did not build the product. We study the requirements, explore the application, write test cases and report issues with clear steps, screenshots and recordings, so your developers or vendor can reproduce and fix them quickly.

No. Automation pays off for stable, frequently repeated checks such as login, checkout and core APIs. New features, visual design and unusual scenarios are often better tested manually. We recommend a balance based on how often your product changes and which areas carry the most risk.

We test on a range of real Android phones across popular brands and segments, iPhones and iPads, and desktop browsers including Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. The device list is agreed at the start based on your analytics, so testing reflects what your customers actually use.

Each issue is logged in a tracker such as Jira or a shared board with severity, steps to reproduce, expected and actual results, device details and screenshots or video. We retest every fix and run a short regression check around it, and you receive a summary before each release.
