What is the difference between a CRM and an ERP?
A CRM manages customer-facing work: leads, follow-ups, deals, service requests and customer history. An ERP manages internal operations: purchasing, inventory, production, accounts and payroll. Many growing businesses need both, connected so that a closed deal in the CRM flows into orders, invoices and stock movements in the ERP without anyone re-entering it.
Off-the-shelf software fits most businesses only partly. The gaps get filled with spreadsheets, side registers and workarounds that slow everyone down and hide what is really happening. Sales tracks leads in one place, accounts tracks payments in another and nobody can see the full journey of a customer.
We implement and configure CRM and ERP systems such as Zoho, Odoo and Salesforce, and build custom modules where a product cannot match your process. Everything is connected to your accounting and messaging tools, so information is entered once and every team sees the same record.
Our enterprise software work
We begin with a requirements workshop for each department, then recommend a product or a custom build with clear reasons. Implementation covers configuration, user roles, approval rules, reports and integration with Tally, payment systems, WhatsApp and email. We migrate your existing data, test it with your team and train users by role. Where your process is unusual, such as dealer schemes or job-work tracking, we build a custom module.
