Security & Compliance Readiness

Secure development, security reviews and system hardening that prepare your business for audits and protect customer data.

Security & Compliance Readiness

What is security and compliance readiness?

Security and compliance readiness is the work of preparing your applications, servers and processes so they meet the security expectations of customers, partners and auditors. It includes reviewing code and configuration for weaknesses, fixing them, tightening access, setting up logging and backups and organising the documentation that an independent auditor or a partner bank will ask to see.

Security problems in smaller businesses rarely come from sophisticated attacks. They come from shared passwords, old plugins, open admin panels, missing backups and staff who still have access after leaving. These gaps also surface during partner due diligence or a regulator's audit, usually at the worst possible time.

We help you find and close those gaps before someone else finds them. We are not a certifying auditor. Our role is to make your systems and records ready, so that when an independent audit, a bank partner or a large client reviews you, the answers and evidence are already in place.

How we make you ready

We review your applications against common weakness lists such as the OWASP Top 10, check server and cloud configuration, and assess how access is granted and removed. Findings come with clear fixes, which we can carry out for you. We set up multi-factor login, role-based access, encrypted backups, audit logs and patching routines, and prepare policies, data flow maps and evidence folders that align with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and India's data protection law.

Industries we deliver this for

Ways to work with us

Fixed-scope project

Clear deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria agreed before work starts. Best for defined builds.

Phased programme

Larger change delivered in stages, each with its own scope and review, so priorities can adjust.

Dedicated team

Developers, designers or testers from our in-house team working on your roadmap, month by month.

Annual maintenance (AMC)

Yearly care for websites and apps: updates, security, backups, fixes and small changes.

Questions about Security Readiness

No. We do not issue certificates or audit reports. We prepare your systems, processes and documentation so you are ready for an independent auditor, a bank partner's review or a client's security questionnaire. If you need a formal penetration test or certification, we coordinate with a qualified firm.

A typical review covers your web and mobile applications, APIs, servers, cloud accounts, admin access and backups. We check for common weaknesses, insecure settings and outdated components, and test how roles and permissions work. You receive a prioritised list of findings with practical fixes.

We help you understand what personal data you collect, where it is stored and who can access it, then put technical controls such as consent records, access limits and deletion processes in place. For legal interpretation of the law, we recommend working alongside your legal adviser.

Yes. Every application we build follows secure development practices: validated inputs, parameterised database queries, protection against common web attacks, encrypted connections, role-based access and logging. Security is reviewed during development rather than added at the end.
