API Development & Integration

APIs and integrations that let your website, apps, payment systems and back office share data reliably.

API Development & Integration

What is API integration?

API integration is connecting two or more software systems through their application programming interfaces so they can exchange data automatically. For example, an online order can create an invoice in your accounting software, book a courier pickup and send the customer a WhatsApp update, all without anyone copying information from one screen to another.

Modern businesses depend on many outside services: payment gateways, KYC and credit bureaus, courier partners, SMS and WhatsApp providers, GST tools and marketplaces. Each one has its own API, its own quirks and its own ways of failing. Integrations that ignore those failures quietly lose data.

We build clean, documented APIs for your own products and connect them to the services your business relies on. Each integration handles timeouts, retries and duplicate requests safely, and logs what happened, so a failed payment callback or missed courier update is caught rather than silently lost.

Integration work we handle

We design REST APIs with versioning, authentication, rate limits and clear documentation, so partners and your own apps can use them confidently. We integrate payment gateways, UPI, e-KYC and bank statement services, GST e-invoicing, courier and logistics platforms, WhatsApp Business, marketplaces and accounting software. Where systems cannot talk directly, we build middleware with queues and webhooks. Every integration gets monitoring, alerting and a dashboard of failed or pending calls.

What changes for your business

Data that moves itself

Orders, payments and statuses flow between systems without manual copying.

Failures caught early

Retries and alerts surface problems before they turn into customer complaints.

Ready for partners

Documented APIs make it easier to onboard partners, resellers and new apps.

How we work

A smooth launch, then ongoing support.

Industries we deliver this for

Ways to work with us

Fixed-scope project

Clear deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria agreed before work starts. Best for defined builds.

Phased programme

Larger change delivered in stages, each with its own scope and review, so priorities can adjust.

Dedicated team

Developers, designers or testers from our in-house team working on your roadmap, month by month.

Annual maintenance (AMC)

Yearly care for websites and apps: updates, security, backups, fixes and small changes.

Questions about APIs & Integration

Yes. It is common, especially with older banking, logistics and government systems. We test the service carefully in its sandbox, record how it actually behaves, and build defensive handling for unexpected responses. We document our findings so future changes are easier for anyone working on it.

We use idempotency keys, database constraints and status checks so that a repeated request or a delayed callback cannot create a second order or payment. Every incoming webhook is verified and recorded, and reconciliation reports compare our records with the provider's records regularly.

Yes. We design partner APIs with secure authentication, per-partner access limits, versioning and clear documentation with examples. A sandbox environment lets partners test without touching live data. Usage logs show who called what and when, which helps with support and billing.

We monitor providers' change notices and version updates, and our integrations are isolated in their own modules, so a change affects one place rather than the whole system. Under a support plan we update integrations before old versions are switched off by the provider.
