Hosting, Domains & Email Management

What is managed hosting?

Managed hosting is a hosting arrangement in which a technical partner sets up, secures, monitors and maintains the server that runs your website or application. Instead of only renting server space, you get help with configuration, updates, backups, performance, SSL certificates and problems, so your team does not have to manage servers itself.

Domains, hosting, SSL certificates and email accounts are often spread across different providers, set up by different people over the years. Logins get lost, renewals lapse without warning and email lands in spam because a DNS record was never configured. These are small things until the day one of them breaks.

We bring them together and manage them properly. Your domains stay registered in your company's name, renewals are tracked well in advance, email is set up with the right authentication and your hosting is monitored. You get one contact for all of it, and full access whenever you want it.

What we manage

We provide and manage hosting suited to your site, from shared and VPS plans to cloud servers, with security hardening, monitoring and backups. We register and renew domains in your name and manage DNS records carefully. We set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so messages reach the inbox, migrate old mailboxes and manage users as staff join or leave. SSL certificates are installed and renewed automatically.

Questions about Hosting & Email

Yes. Domains are always registered with your business as the owner, and you receive the login details. We manage renewals and DNS on your behalf, but control remains with you. If you ever move to another provider, transferring the domain is straightforward.

Yes. We migrate existing mailboxes, contacts and calendars from your current provider to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, usually over a weekend or after office hours. Old and new systems run side by side during the switch so no incoming mail is lost.

The most common reasons are missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, a shared server with a poor sending reputation or bulk emails sent from a normal mailbox. We check your domain's records and sending setup, fix the configuration and advise on separating marketing email from daily mail.

A business website with modest traffic runs well on good shared or VPS hosting. Online stores, portals and applications with many users usually need a VPS or cloud server with more control. We recommend hosting based on your traffic, software and growth, and move you up only when needed.
